How to Shift Your Frequency to Unlock Healing, Overcome Challenges, and Thrive.



Change can be hard. When it comes to health, it can sometimes feel like you are stuck in the mud trying everything to heal, lose weight, or make significant lifestyle changes and it's just not working. Oftentimes it's our mindset and our limiting beliefs about our health and what we feel or perceive is preventing us from making progress. We can get in our own way.


Letting Go


For every problem a solution already exists. These two things are not on the same frequency. Think of it as contraction (problem) and expansion (solution) of our consciousness. We are always in this flow because our purpose is to continue to grow and learn (whether we like it or not!). Often times the very thing that keeps you from expansion is an unwillingness to let go of something.

 

What do you need to let go of that can’t come with you in your expansion? This could be an emotion, a belief, an excuse, a habit, resentment, a relationship, a story/self-talk that you’re attached to, or even a job.


The Impact on Your Health

 

How might this be impacting your health? Are you attached to your pain, chronic disease, anxiety, weight, or food sensitivities in a way that is preventing your healing?

 

When you continue to experience the same problem/challenge/issue this is often because you are stuck trying to solve the problem in the same frequency. Think of frequency like tuning into a radio station. If the problem is on 101.7 and you keep listening to 99.9 then you aren’t going to be in alignment with the solution. You have to change the station. The station is your thoughts, beliefs, and habits.


Tuning to a Different Frequency

 

So, how do you shift your frequency?

 

Start with doing something that brings you joy. Stop focusing on the problem. Play with your kids or pet, listen to music that makes you happy, dance, paint, spend time in nature, take a bath, etc. What lights you up or makes you feel calm and peaceful?

 

Being in energetic integrity is the next step. Sounds simple, right? It takes some practice, but eventually you will learn how to recognize what is correct for you and what is not. When you make decisions from a place of being aligned with your true self you naturally flow towards what is best for you. So often the root cause of health issues and illness is being out of energetic alignment.
