Spring is finally here! I hope you have been able to get out and enjoy some of this beautiful weather. This time of year always seems to be filled with lots of exciting changes for me and this year did not disappoint. While some people are terrified of change, I have always welcomed it and see it as another opportunity to grow and learn. So, what’s new?
Pediatric nutrition at Vital Kids Medicine – NEW Office!
First, I wanted to officially announce that I expanded my private practice and joined Vital Kids Medicine earlier this year and am now also working with kiddos. The naturopathic doctors that I’m working with there are amazing and I feel so fortunate to be part of such a special clinic. My passion for wanting to work with kids with childhood disorders such as autism, ADHD, and allergies started when I was in undergraduate school at Bastyr University, so this opportunity means a lot to me. I help families with specialized diets such as GAPS, SCD, Ketogenic Diet, Low FODMAP, GFCF, Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), as well as individualized food allergies/sensitivities. You can read more about Vital Kids Medicine and the incredible clinical team here.
The other great news is that I am now able to see clients (kids and adults!) at this Seattle location near University Village. I will be working in the Seattle office on Monday and Thursday and still seeing clients in Bellevue on Tuesday, as well as Telehealth appointments.
Skin Detox Program
Finally, I am just wrapping up my first Skin Detox Program, which has been a huge success! I can’t wait to share all of the great testimonials from this first group. I am looking forward to starting the next one in the near future. If you are interested in learning more about the Skin Detox Program you can learn more here.
